Vanessa Chicha

Vanessa Chicha has worked in the Luxury and Watchmaking business for over 15 years. As a girl, she developed a passion for high-end horology and jewelry because her father was commercial Head of Seiko and UTI in Belgium.  After graduating with a diploma in marketing and management in Paris, Vanessa followed in her father’s footsteps.

Vanessa managed the Royal Quartz boutique in the Paris Airport for three years and then joined the well-known and reputed Benoit de Gorski jewelry designer and horological shop in Geneva as head of marketing and horology. Here she managed advertising, publications, surveys, after-sales and stock management.

After five years at Benoit de Gorski, Jaquet Droz entrusted Vanessa to open and manage their first boutique in Geneva, after which she moved on to join the Omega boutique in Geneva as an associate manager. At Omega she developed clientele, promoted exceptional events, such as Omegamania and 50th Anniversary of Speedmaster, and arranged thematic and sponsored events. Additionally, she trained new staff and was the liaison with the patrimony department in Bienne for historical research.

In 2011, Vanessa was approached by Zenith for the opening of their first boutique in Geneva. As boutique manager, she organized and structured the strategic business plan, thematic events, launches of new models and private viewings.

In the horology community, Vanessa is recognized as an accomplished sales and managerial professional. She possesses a wide portfolio of clients and collectors who seek her advice when adding a watch to their collection. She is known for her ability to obtain hard-to-find models whether vintage or modern.
