Consigned by the original owner, the present reference 3919J with porcelain dial is one of the most representative Patek Philippe model and probably one of their best sellers. The model was introduced in 1985 with caliber 215PS (Petite Seconde), and ceased around 2006. the model was available in all three gold colors.

Ref. 3919 is a very fine, thin and elegant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with mechanical manually wound movement. You can enjoy Patek Philippe highest standards and quality in their complicated watches but also in their time only watches. « Simply perfect » in  all details, ref. 3919 is the perfect companion for black tie dinner.

Its 33 mm water-resistant, round, polished and brushed, gold case is fitted with a snap on bezel with « Clous de Paris » decoration, straight lugs,  a sapphire glass, a winding crown embossed with Calatrava logo. The porcelain white dial with painted radial Roman numerals, is highly readable thanks to the contrasting   black oxidized gold Feuille hands. We find a subsidiary seconds dial at 6h.

The watch is set with a caliber 215, manual winding, with straight-line lever escapement, 18 jewels, a Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold and isochronism and 5 positions, (28’800 alt/h). Dial, case and movement are signed. The watch comes on a black PP leather strap with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.

The watch is sold complete with its original fitted presentation box and outer packaging, certificate of origin with code letters PKSR for April 96, extract from the archives confirming production of the present watch in 1996 and its subsequent sale on April 30th, 1996 with porcelain dial.
